Cooking Demonstrations & Wine Dinners

Chef Jacques Cooking DemoJoin Chef Jacques Haeringer at the award-winning L’Auberge Chez François for one of our lively and entertaining cooking demonstrations combined with a delightful meal.  At each event, Jacques will share his passion for classic and contemporary French cuisine by teaching expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade, and sharing these recipes for the home chef, while guests sip specially chosen wine. 

After the demo, our guests will then enjoy their “just demonstrated” five-course luncheon in our garden room, paired with wines selected by our sommelier.  Patrons will have the opportunity to purchase these wines at a special “trade” price. Bon Appetit, merci beaucoup et à bientôt.

Please join Chef Jacques, back by popular demand, for our Musical Brunch featuring popular classical guitarist Jarrett Laskey. Jarrett is a classically trained professional musician performing a repertoire of Spanish/Latin guitar music, standard classical music favorites, and contemporary arrangements. The elegant sound of Jarrett's classical guitar music has created the perfect ambience in hundreds of events around the East Coast.

Chef Jacques has created a superb Sunday brunch menu for you to enjoy, accompanied by special brunch cocktails as you enjoy the afternoon’s music. Why not spend your Sunday with us, by the fireplace, listening to beautiful music over brunch?
