Join Chef Jacques Haeringer at the award-winning L’Auberge Chez François for one of our lively and entertaining cooking demonstrations combined with a delightful meal. At each event, Jacques will share his passion for classic and contemporary French cuisine by teaching expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade, and sharing these recipes for the home chef, while guests sip specially chosen wine.
After the demo, our guests will then enjoy their “just demonstrated” five-course luncheon in our garden room, paired with wines selected by our sommelier. Patrons will have the opportunity to purchase these wines at a special “trade” price. Bon Appetit, merci beaucoup et à bientôt.
Prices include the demonstration, luncheon/dinner with fine wines, written recipes for the home chef, and all taxes and gratuities.
