We are also thrilled to feature the wines of Domaine Louis Latour with special guests Charles Ducker, Louis Latour Brand Manager, and Michel Veniat, Board of Trustees.
Sip Simonnet-Febvre Crémant Bourgogne Blanc Brut and feast on our seasonal canapés during our reception under the stars. Dine on Chef Jacques’ specially-created menu as we toast the moon’s fire, abundance, power and vitality.
Those intrepid enough can join Chef Jacques to conclude the evening by howling at the moon, the chef’s tradition to ensure an excellent fall harvest of vegetables, lettuces, greens and herbs throughout the season.
