This luncheon is available Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Soup of the day - or - French onion soup gratinée
Fresh mussels with garlic butter as in Provence
A crêpe with chives, stuffed with a duxelle of mushrooms, tomato concassé, Madeira sauce
Warm roquefort cheese, caramelized apples, touch of cinnamon and Calvados on a puff pastry tart
Warm asparagus on local Virginia country ham, gruyère cheese, capers and a quail egg
Medley of our patés, rilette, ham and sausages served with a medley of salad
Trio of Norwegian salmon, one smoked, the other marinated in dill, salmon rilette with capers
Braised Wagyu beef cheeks, mushrooms, garden vegetables, sherry wine sauce
Complemented with our organic mesclun or tomato salad, vinaigrette
Roquefort cheese salad

Fresh trout sautéed with seasonal vegetables and toasted almonds
Fresh filet of Norwegian salmon with mushrooms, vegetables, béarnaise sauce
Maine lobster salad on garden greens, asparagus, tomatoes - with vanilla vinaigrette
Grilled Free range chicken breast, mushrooms and spaëtzles
Fresh calf's liver sautéed with bacon, caramelized onions and vegetables
Veal Scaloppini with Virginia ham, spaëtzles, and Madeira sauce
Our Alsatian sauerkraut cooked in Crémant d'Alsace, sausages, duck confit and pork
Grilled lamb chops, herbs de Provence, vegetable medley, tarragon sauce
Pinot Noir boneless braised beef short ribs with seasonal vegetables
A medallion of Angus beef sautéed, fresh vegetables and béarnaise sauce
