Feast on Papa Haeringer’s favorite Maine Lobster Mousseline, a long time popular L’Auberge Chez Francois dish. Continue with a Creekstone Farms grilled Natural Filet Mignon with oh la la Truffle sauce and finish your experience with our famous and award winning Valrhona Chocolate Souffle!
