Please join Chef Jacques on Saturday, February 19th 11:00am for the ever popular and always sold out lively Carnivore Lovers’ Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon experience, this year featuring drum roll….Truffles!  Truffles: “the Black Diamond of French Cuisine”, considered one of the world’s most potent aphrodisiac. 

Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love! Our truffle and carnivorous menu features the decadent La Soupe Aux Truffes En Croute Élysee, Black Truffle Soup in Puff Pastry, Classic Tournedos Rossini, with of course, rich truffle sauce adding to that intangible “good feeling” for you and your lover-ooh la la…It wouldn’t be a proper celebratory Valentine’s Day without sumptuous chocolate, as we feature Chef’s award winning Warm Chocolate Truffle Soufflé, with Chocolate Sauce, but of course! 

The menu will be paired with bubbles, and of course, French wines to top off an incredible Valentine’s Day afternoon delight.  Cheers to romance and a bien tot!
