Gouguenheim Wine Dinner

Please join us Friday, March 13th, 2020 at 7:00 PM, as we welcome Patricio Gouguenheim to L’Auberge Chez François.  Born in Argentina to French parents, Patricio decided in 2002 to leave his job as a banker in Mendoza and start a winery. He found an old property in the Uco Valley at an altitude of more than 3,600 feet above sea level, with really unique soil and many small concrete tanks, perfect for making high-quality, site-focused wines. High quality, but not high price: these wines are terrific value. Chef Jacques, who visited the region a few years back, has designed a menu to showcase the wines and evoke the fresh cuisine Argentina.
