Our Yuletide Celebration Luncheon includes a Napoléon of Smoked Norwegian Salmon, (oh la la), Papa Haeringer’s favorite Souffle of Maine Lobster with Rockfish Mousse and Cognac Sauce and finishing Chef’s Grandmother’s recipe brought over to the USA on a napkin of her famous
Alsatian Bread Pudding!
