Please join Chef Jacques Haeringer and Klaus Wittauer, former sommelier of L’Auberge Chez François, on Thursday, March 13th at 6:00 PM, for our “Passport to Austria” Five-Course Spring Wine Dinner Experience.

The afternoon will feature a luscious menu of seafood, Elysian Fields Lamb & Marcho Farms Veal, and a Gratin of Fruit for your sweet finish of our Austrian Tour. Klaus will guide us through a delectable tour of award winning top Austrian wines.

Austrian wine is immensely popular and a perennial favorite of sommeliers throughout the world. During this experience, you will discover their wide diversity of styles, aromas, and terroirs. Austrian wine, best described with words like “unique” and “exceptional,” carry true character and personality with their flavor profiles.

Behind these outstanding wines, of course, are Austria’s talented and passionate winemakers. In recent years these enterprising wine entrepreneurs have cleverly combined traditional wine making techniques with modern vinification methods. “Absolute quality” is their motto, and absolute success has been the result. To start the day in Austria, you will sip chilled Sparkling Steininger Riesling Reserve Sekt, We move thru some of the country’s fine wine offerings some very special wines from Klaus paired with a delectable five-course menu crafted Chef Jacques and team.
