“Ring in the Spring!” Please join us Saturday, March 30th at 11:30am as we welcome Carol and Olivier DeForges from Clos Cibonne, famous and heralded producer of Cru Classé rosés from the Côtes de Provence.
Located right on the Mediterranean coast just east of Toulon, Clos Cibonne has championed the rare and challenging Tibouren grape since the 1930s, crafting unique rosés that win the admiration of wine classicists and naturalistas alike.
All their bottlings – some featuring spicy oak, some pure fruit – share a savory, saline complexity and long finish that sets them apart from the poolside quaffers of Provence and places them firmly on the lunch or dinner table.
To highlight the gastronomic quality of the wines, Chef Jacques and team have created a series of small plates to accompany the Roses’ to reveal their delectable uniqueness. You’ve never tasted rosés like these!
