Please join us on Friday, August 8th, 11:30 for our very popular and always sold out Wine Luncheon Series at L’Auberge Chez Francois.

Chef Jacques and his Team will craft a delectable four-course Wine and Cuisine Soirée (think Delectable and Chilled) from the award-winning kitchens of L’Auberge Chez Francois and Jacques’ Brasserie.
And enjoy the ever popular Red, White and Pink Sancerre’s!

Chef Jacques’ “Beat the Heat” Soirée starts with a Our famous “Right from our Garden” Tomato Salad made with fresh garden tomatoes, basil and herbs and Papa’s house made vinaigrette.

Next, enjoy our flavorful Grilled Alaskan Salmon as your entrée, served chilled, with garden herb remoulade sauce, garden cucumber salad, and grilled asparagus.

Finally, Chef Pascal’s Raspberry Mousse Cake will make for a delightfully sweet finish!

Enjoy long-time Friend Robert McFarlane’s pick of his favorite Red, White and Pink Sancerre selected wine pairings from our award-winning cellars and Potomac Selections to enhance your summer soirée with us!
