Our delectable three-course experience continues this week for you to enjoy an “Entrecôte Café de Paris” Three-Course Wine Luncheon Experience from the award-winning kitchens of L’Auberge Chez François.

This week we present the French “Café de Paris” Experience featuring Lobster Bisque, scrumptious New York Strip Steak Café de Paris, Pommes Boulangère and for a sweet finale, Chef Pascal’s Valhrona Chocolate Tarte! Ooooo la la. Joining us will be Sarah Walsh, Fine Wine Consultant with Winebow, to present the wines we have chosen to complement the dishes and elevate your experience.

Interesting fact: Chef Boubier in 1930 created the world-famous “Café de Paris” sauce named after his restaurant in Paris. Chef Jacques recreates the sauce as part of your culinary experience!
