Spring Wine Supper Featuring the Austrian Wines from Hillinger with Special Guest Georg Schweitzer

Please join us Sunday April 28th at 6:00 PM, for a delightful Spring Supper, featuring Austrian Wines from Hillinger and special guest Georg Schweitzer, Master Sommelier of Hillinger and Wine Educator.

The Hillinger family has managed vineyards for generations in Jois in Burgenland. In 1990 Leo Hillinger – after a long apprenticeship and many years of travel in Germany and California – took over the wine estate and began with structural reforms, which were to make the winery a top wine-growing enterprise in the Neusiedl Lake region within a few years..

Georg, will educate and entertain our guests for the evening along with our former Sommelier of L’Auberge Chez François, Klaus Wittauer during this delectable five course meal, crafted by Chef Jacques and the L’Auberge CHez Franςois team.
