Chef Jacques Haeringer cordially invites you to a magical winter’s eve of delicious food paired with artisanal Belgian- beers selected by Special Guest and Great Falls Neighbor Cicerone Brian Hennighausen of Brewscapes.

 Belgium has one of the richest and most fascinating brewing traditions in the world, dating back to at least the 12th century. Over those many years Belgian brewers have become world renown for their astoundingly complex and yet still approachable and very drinkable beers. Whether it’s a spirited and citrusy tripel, a dark and moody strong ale, or a delicious treasure from the Trappist brewhouses any aspiring beer connoisseur is certain to fall in love with magical brews of Belgium.

He is an advisor and brand ambassador to several craft breweries in the Washington DC area.
