This very special evening will be hosted by Gabriel Fay, Export Director from Boizel. Gabriel will share with us the secrets and background to one of the most exclusive champagnes in France and how to match champagnes and wines when choosing a menu. Chef Jacques will present a luxurious and delectable five-course menu with Boizel champagne pairing for each course. A festive bubbly evening not to be missed!
