For the Boizel family, Champagne is more than just a story, it’s a passion: Five generations, five eras and a single tradition.  Indulge in an exquisite evening of luxurious French opulence at L’Auberge Chez François on Friday October 4th at 7:00 PM with Chef Jacques and his team.

This very special evening will be hosted by Gabriel Fay, Export Director from Boizel.  Gabriel will share with us the secrets and background to one of the most exclusive champagnes in France and how to match champagnes and wines when choosing a menu.  Chef Jacques will present a luxurious and delectable five-course menu with Boizel champagne pairing for each course. A festive bubbly evening not to be missed!
