Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love and Chef Jacques will show you how to prepare a fabulous meal for that special person. The romantic menu features our Gruyère Cheese, Bacon and Virginia Ham Quiche Lorraine, Classic Beef Wellington with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce, and a certain aphrodisiac – a decadent Valrhona Chocolate Truffle Soufflé.
