Cupid is planning early! Please join Chef Jacques on Friday, February 9 at 11:00am for the popular Carnivore Lovers’ Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love! Our carnivores “Romance” menu features a Gruyère cheese quiche Lorraine with smoked bacon and Virginia ham.  Classic Beef Wellington with foie gras, and rich truffle sauce adds to that intangible “good feeling” for you and your lover.  It wouldn’t be a proper celebratory Valentine’s Day without chocolate, so Chef Jacques is featuring a Valrhona Chocolate Truffle Soufflé. Oh la la!
