Cupid is planning early! Please join Chef Jacques on Friday, February 7th 11:00am for the ever popular and always sold out Carnivore Lovers’ Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon.
Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love! Our carnivorous menu features a Gruyère cheese quiche Lorraine loaded with applewood smoked bacon and Virginia ham; our classic Beef Wellington with foie gras, and rich truffle sauce adds to that intangible “good feeling” for you and your lover.
It wouldn’t be a proper celebratory Valentine’s Day without chocolate, so Chef Jacques is featuring his award wining Warm Valrhona Chocolate Truffle Soufflé, with Chocolate Sauce, but of course! Oh la la!
