Please join us on Thursday, June 15 at 6:30pm as we team up with Famille Perrin, the leading organic wine grower of the Southern Rhone Valley, and Olivier Lotterie, of Vineyard Brands, for an exclusive pairing dinner at L’Auberge Chez François. Château de Beaucastel produces what most people acknowledge to be the finest wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The Perrin family has been an integral fixture of the region for well over 100 years. Today, the third and fourth generations of Perrins – François, Jean-Pierre and Jean-Pierre’s sons Pierre, Marc and Thomas, continue in the tradition of their father and grandfather.
