Please join us at L’Auberge Chez François as we host Lost Rhino Brewing Company for our first of the summer craft beer cooking demonstration and luncheon featuring award-winning, innovative, and locally sourced brews. The brewmaster and founder of Lost Rhino Brewing Company will be on hand to speak about history and the beer pairings.
Chef Jacques will pair a custom multi-course menu with a selection of Lost Rhino’s seasonal brews, including light and refreshing summer options and exclusive brews from the Genius Loci series. The Genius Loci Series is the outcome of the imagination and experimentation, and brewed using regional ingredients and true craftsmanship. Many of these drinks are one-offs, limited runs that are barrel aged and rare, so you will not want to miss this event!
