We’ve inventoried our award-winning cellars and are excited to announce we have some tres exceptional Rhône Wines we want to share with you for our first “Pop-Up Tasting and Dinner Experience”, Thursday January 14th, 2021 at 6pm. This will be our last special event before hibernation till early spring, so be sure to sign up early-seating limited.
Please Join Chef Jacques and team for what promises to be an enlightening, succulent and delectable Rhône Valley Wine Tasting and Dinner before we hibernate till early spring.
We will taste three very different and highly rated offerings from Northern Rhône from our cellar including 1) Pierre Gaillard, Côte Rôtie 2016 2) Domaine Courbis, Cornas “Les Eygats” 2016 and 3) Paul Jaboulet Aîné, Hermitage “La Maison Bleue” 2015.
Our sommelier, Alex Bardsley, will introduce the wines, discussing the wonderful qualities of the Rhone Valley. The guided tasting will be followed by an exceptional Rhone Valley-inspired dinner experience created by Chef Jacques and his team, accompanied by wines from the Southern Rhône Valley, including Le Clos des Cazaux, Vacqueyras Blanc “Les Clefs d’Or” 2019 and the luscious Château Gigognan, Châteauneuf du Pape “Clos du Roi 2016.
Our highly anticipated and exceptional Rhône Valley Wine Tasting and Dinner will be presented in our beautiful Rooster Room, which boasts a fireplace, large windows, and a sweeping view of our organic vegetable gardens. We are accommodating you for social distancing and are offering the perfect setting for an intimate, relaxing, and delectable five-course Rhône Valley-themed repast.
