Please join Chef Jacques Haeringer and Klaus Wittauer, former sommelier of L’Auberge Chez François, for our Summer Splendor Cooking Demonstration and Luncheon. The afternoon will feature the fine wines of Anton Bauer whom was recently named “Austrian Vintner of the Year and Winemaker of the Year” and represents the 4th generation to manage the now 29-hectare winery. The winery was built virtually from scratch and delivers top quality white and red wines year after year.
To start the day, you will sip on Rosé wine while Chef Jacques presents his cooking demonstration. As a special treat, Klaus will join in and show us how to prepare Salzburger Nockerl, an Austrian sweet dessert soufflé. After the demonstration, retreat to the Garden Room where you will enjoy a five-course luncheon paired with five Anton Bauer wines. We hope you take a journey with us to Austria this summer.
