Cooking Demonstrations & Wine Dinners

Chef Jacques Cooking DemoJoin Chef Jacques Haeringer at the award winning L’Auberge Chez François for an entertaining cooking demonstration and delightful meal. Jacques will share his passion for classic and contemporary French cuisine and teach expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade followed by fine food and wine.

Each event, hosted at L’Auberge Chez François, includes a cooking demonstration hosted by Chef Jacques, followed by a five-course luncheon, paired with three fine wines, recipes for the home chef, paired with three fine wines. A Vintner will be on hand to present and discuss each wine paring, and patrons will have an opportunity to purchase the paired wines at a very special price.

A walk-around wine tasting of 12 wines with canapés will be from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM - come anytime!

In celebration of our 60th Anniversary, we are hosting a special Garden to Table Dinner series. The fifth dinner in this series will be on Monday, October 13th, at 6:30 PM. It will feature music throughout the evening by the Mary Ann Redmond Duo. This monthly event, during our garden harvest season, will take place on our beautiful outdoor terrace, weather permitting, and feature a five-course menu created by Chef Jacques using produce from our garden and paired with exceptional wines.
