Romantic celebrations are a tradition at L’Auberge Chez François, you might even say that they are our raison d’etre. Our philosophy is that life’s memorable moments are not complete without a festive meal. Many couples return to L’Auberge Chez François and Jacques’ Brasserie year after year to renew and reaffirm the romance in their lives. We supply the cuisine, ambiance, service, and wine: you bring your own romantic magic. February is, of course, the month for romance.

On the menu will be Champagne and Wine (but of course), Aphrodisiacs, Truffles, Chocolate and of course, passion itself. Come enjoy a delicious meal and a little romance at our slice of France, right here in Great Falls, Virginia.

| Cupid is planning early! Please join Chef Jacques on Friday, February 7th at 11:00am for the ever popular and always sold out Carnivore Lovers’ Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love! Our carnivorous menu features a Gruyère cheese quiche Lorraine loaded with applewood smoked bacon and Virginia ham; our classic Beef Wellington with foie gras, and rich truffle sauce adds to that intangible “good feeling” for you and your lover. In true Valentine’s fashion, Chef Jacques is featuring his award-wining Warm Valrhona Chocolate Truffle Soufflé, with Chocolate Sauce, but of course! Oh la la! |

| This month we honor Romil Seifein as employee of the month, who joined L’Auberge Chez Francois in May 2016. With many years experience in the hospitality industry and banquet managing, Romil is now the Dining Room Manager, overseeing our dining room staff and assuring the best customer service for all of our guests. He is always looking for ways to improve service delivery and streamline the operations of our busy restaurant. Hard working, driven and very friendly, Romil’s enthusiasm and energy are critical to our continuing success. Thank you Romil for the excellent job! |
